Do Not Call Policy

Our commitment

We respect your right to decide who may contact you by phone. We place outbound calls only to people who have requested information from us, given prior consent, or with whom we have an existing business relationship, and we honor every request to stop calling promptly and permanently.

Your right to be placed on our do-not-call list

You may ask at any time to be placed on our internal do-not-call list. You can make this request in three ways:

  • Tell any representative during a call that you do not wish to be called again
  • Call us at (561) 287-3456 and request placement on our do-not-call list
  • Email info@impactfinancialgroup.com with your name and the phone number to be added

Requests are recorded promptly and honored within 30 days at the latest, though in practice we typically process them within one business day. Your number remains on our internal list for at least five years from the date of your request, or longer where state law requires.

National Do Not Call Registry

We check our calling lists against the National Do Not Call Registry as required by law. We do not place telemarketing calls to numbers on the registry unless an exception applies, such as your prior express written consent or an established business relationship. You can register your number at donotcall.gov.

Calling practices

Our representatives identify themselves and our agency at the start of every call, state the purpose of the call, and provide a contact number on request. We do not place telemarketing calls before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone. All personnel who place calls on our behalf are trained on this policy before making any calls, and a copy of this policy is available on request.
