Own your book. Keep your upside.
Impact Financial Group recruits producers and people who want to become one. You get independent contracts across 40+ carriers, mentorship from agents who still write business, and systems that put appointments on your calendar instead of leads in a spreadsheet.
The tools most agencies promise. In writing.
40+ carrier contracts
Never lose a client because your one carrier declined them. Place term, whole life, IUL, final expense and annuities where they actually fit.
Real mentorship
Weekly case clinics, joint calls on your first tough cases, and underwriting cheat-sheets built from thousands of placed policies.
Marketing that works
A CRM with automated follow-up, booking pages, review engines and lead programs you opt into, not get locked into.
Licensing support
Not licensed yet? We will point you to the right pre-licensing course and walk you through the exam and appointment process.
Transparent comp
Published commission schedules and promotion criteria. You always know your contract level and exactly what raises it.
Remote-first
Sell by phone and video from anywhere you are licensed. Office space if you want it, never because you must.
From application to appointed
1. Intro call
Twenty minutes on your goals, background and whether we are a mutual fit. We recruit deliberately, not in bulk.
2. Licensing (if needed)
Pre-licensing course, state exam, fingerprints. Most new agents finish inside 3 to 6 weeks part-time.
3. Contracting and appointments
We open your carrier contracts and set up your CRM, quoting tools and booking page.
4. First 90 days
Structured ramp: product training, shadowing live calls, then joint cases with a mentor until you are running solo.
Asked by every smart recruit
Is this a captive or independent position?+
Independent. You are appointed with multiple carriers and recommend what fits the client. Compensation is commission-based as a 1099 contractor, which is standard for independent life insurance.
Do I have to buy leads?+
No. Lead programs exist and many producers use them, but they are optional. We teach referral and community-based acquisition alongside purchased-lead systems, and we are upfront about the economics of each.
What can a new agent realistically earn?+
Commission income varies enormously with effort and skill; we will show you the real math on the intro call rather than dangle a number here. What we can promise: published schedules, no desk fees and no income caps.
I am already producing. Why move my contracts?+
Producers usually move to us for higher contract levels, better case placement support on tough underwriting, and infrastructure (CRM, marketing, staff) they do not want to build alone. Bring your production numbers and we will talk specifics.
Deliberately small. Deliberately good.
